Life
Every single day, God gives life to a new creation in the form of a baby. It is a life long commitment to live life to the end and to the fullest on the baby’s part. However, nowadays, people tend to think of ending their lives on every small setback. They fail to understand how precious their life is and the reasons they were living for. To me, I feel that life is a struggle but I believe that one will reap what they sow eventually. Life is just like an endless race that is filled with obstacles. The ability to overcome it will see one to a checkpoint being even stronger then before. People around you will be your energy to finish the race. So choose wisely and select the one that will be there for you till the end.
I would like to share a story.
There was once a caterpillar that hated its looks as he finds it hideous. He hated the fact that children detest the sight of him. He started to starve himself in a bid to appear slimmer. It cost him his life as he was eventually starved to death. The caterpillar has a twin brother. Unlike him, his brother knew the importance of life and did not bother about how he was looked upon even though he very much wanted some attention from the children too. He struggles through his life but he live each day to the fullest. He faced difficulty of all sorts but he carried on living. One day, he realized he was undergoing a change. And yes, he became a butterfly that is well liked by the children. He had achieved his dreams.
This story tells us that life is a struggle at the beginning, but with determination, the end results will be sweet. Live life the way you want it to, not the way you will be looked upon.
I would like to conclude my speech by saying that life is short. Treasure and cherish what you have in your life now – your family, friends and loved ones. They will be your energy to aid you in reaching your destination in you life journey. Live life like your dream and not live life like you dream.
